Gallo Pinto is one of the most famous dishes in Nicaragua. It is easy to make, and you will eat it in every family’s house in Nicaragua. It’s inexpensive, but very nutritious: rice and beans!! This tour features exactly the same recipe, showing the contrasts in the country, between the Pacific side and the Atlantic side, the natural beauties and the colonial towns, the rich and poor, the old and the new.
